Flame Cologne

The brief was a strange but simple one. Promote the Whopper during the holiday season.

So instead of an ad, we made a cologne. The ultimate stocking stuffer.

Flame. The scent of seduction with a hint of flame-broiled meat. 

For the price of a Whopper, customers could smell just as irresistible as America's #1 burger.

The promotion launched without a media buy and was featured on Conan, Leno, CNN and a variety of press, selling out in three days and fetching hundreds of dollars on eBay.

 

It was such a big hit, they brought it back for Valentines Day.
